Martina Valentine

Martina Valentine has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Martina is currently the President of Meriwest Mortgage at Meriwest Credit Union since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Lending Operations at Low Income Investment Fund from July 2017 to February 2019. From November 2015 to July 2017, they held the position of Chief Lending Officer/Senior Vice President at SF Fire Credit Union. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer at iQ Credit Union from May 2013 to October 2015. Martina also worked as a Management Consultant at Credit Union Consulting from July 2013 to May 2014.

Martina'sprevious roles include SVP Risk Management at Redwood Credit Union from July 2009 to June 2013, AVP Mortgage Lending Services at Redwood Credit Union from January 2005 to July 2009, and VP - Divisional Sales Advocate at North American Mortgage Company/WAMU from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they held various positions at North American Mortgage Company, including AVP Product Development from 1994 to 1998 and Business System Analyst from 1991 to 1994.

Before venturing into the financial industry, Martina owned and managed a chain of salons called Hot Cuts from 1983 to 1991. Martina successfully designed, built, and operated salons in Rancho Cordova, Cameron Park, and Santa Rosa, California.

Martina Valentine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Martina also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the same university.
