Melissa Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2000, they worked as a temp at EMJ Manufacturing Co for six months. In the same year, they also worked as a Member Service Support at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union. In 2001, Melissa joined Meriwest Credit Union as a Contact Center and Financial Service Representative, Lead, where they provided quality member service and supervised staff. Melissa also took on the role of Contact Center Supervisor at the same company. In 2006, they briefly worked as Product Support at Golden Bay FCU. In December 2008, Golden Bay FCU merged with Meriwest Credit Union, and Melissa continued their role as a Contact Center and Financial Service Representative. Their responsibilities included knowledge of various systems like Symitar, Siebel, and Sale Plus, and they were recognized for their performance multiple times throughout their career.
