Bonnie Lillemoen has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Bonnie started as an intern at Andersen Consulting in 1991 and later became a human resources intern at Tsumura International from 1992 to 1993. Bonnie then worked as a human resources assistant and later as a human resources manager at the Hubert H Humphrey Job Corps Center from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they served as a human resources site manager at Reviva Gas Engine Division from 1997 to 2000, where they handled employee performance and relations, onboarding, and payroll. Bonnie then joined the Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC as a human resources manager from 2000 to 2006, where they developed the HR department, created a performance management system, conducted trainings, and managed the workers' compensation program. In 2006, they took a break from their career to be a stay-at-home mom until 2012. After that, they worked as the human resources manager at SDK CPAs from 2012 to 2016, and currently, they hold the role of human resources manager and human resources director at Merjent, starting in 2016 and 2022 respectively.
Bonnie Lillemoen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of St. Thomas from 1988 to 1992. During their undergraduate years, they pursued a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Later, from 1997 to 2001, Bonnie pursued further education at the University of St. Thomas and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management.
