Arjen Hemelaar is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in business coaching, growth acceleration, and change management. Currently serving as a Change Coach for Entrepreneurs and Change Managers at Arjen Hemelaar Coaching since January 2017, Arjen also holds the position of Strategist at Merktuig since January 2018. As a team coach at Nyenrode Business University, Arjen guides start-up teams within the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program. Previous roles include Business Developer for FORZ at Renewi plc, interim Marketing Manager at Rijnja Repro, and mentoring students at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. Arjen is also recognized for contributions to MERK, focusing on innovation management and startup development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from Tenri University Japan, among others.
