Natalia Łątka

Natalia Łątka has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Natalia started at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Business Services & Financial Operations - Latin America. In 2019, they also began working at Capgemini in a similar role. Later that year, they began working at UBS as a Compliance Officer - FinCrime & Crypto Subject Matter Expert and C&ORC IB EMEA&UK - Financial Crime Prevention. In 2021, Natalia started working at TRM Labs as a Crypto Asset Compliance & Regulatory Research and at CryptLiance as a Business Owner. Currently, they are employed at Merkle Science as a Regulatory Compliance, Crypto Policy & Research.

Natalia Łątka obtained their Master of Laws - LLM from the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2018, after studying Law from 2013 to 2018. Natalia also studied Law at the University of Valencia from 2016 to 2017 as part of their Erasmus program. In 2020, they obtained their CFA Investment Foundations certification from the CFA Institute. Currently, they are studying FinTech Law & Regulation at the University of London. Additionally, they are in the process of obtaining certifications in Combating Financial Crime and UK Financial Regulation from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI).
