Heather Woods

Heather Woods is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the customer service and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at Merkle and Senior Consultant at Comet Global Consulting since September 2016, Heather leads consulting and program management services focused on customer interaction solutions and retention strategies. Previously, from 1992 to 2015, Heather held various leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, including Director of Customer Service Operations, where operations across six call centers were directed and strategies for exceptional customer experience and employee engagement were developed. Additionally, Heather led the marketing functions for customer relationship management and pricing, driving significant customer retention and revenue generation in a competitive marketplace. Heather began her career at PwC as a Staff Accountant after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University.
