Manuel Blanco

Manuel Blanco is the current Managing Director of Divisadero & Manager of Merkle Spain. Prior to this, they were with Gen/D | Data, Design & Digital as well as IE Executive Education. Manuel has an extensive background in operations management, having served as Operations Manager for MVConsultoria and Project Manager for CTIC Centro Tecnológico. Under their leadership, both companies saw significant growth and improvement.

Manuel Blanco began their career in 2002 as a Project Manager for CTIC Centro Tecnológico. Manuel was responsible for developing Information Society projects for the public industry within local, national and European programs. Manuel also managed a consultancy service for SMBs. In 2007, they joined MVConsultoria as Operations Manager. During their time there, they launched key initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and built high-performance teams.

In 2012, Manuel became the Chief Executive Officer of DIVISADERO. During their eight years with the company, they oversaw double digit growth figures and strengthened the company’s market positioning. Manuel also developed and secured strategic partnerships and redesigned the company’s operating model.

Most recently, Manuel has taken on the role of Managing Director of Divisadero & Manager of Merkle Spain. In these positions, they are responsible for leading Divisadero’s team of experts and overseeing Merkle’s Spain business operations. With their wealth of experience in operations management and business growth, Manuel is well-equipped to lead both companies to continued success.

Manuel Blanco has an Executive MBA from IE Business School and Master's degrees in Computer Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad de Oviedo.
