Rebecca Heymann

Rebecca Heymann is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Delivery and Operations Lead for Salesforce Technology at Merkle since January 2025. In this role, Rebecca oversees project execution within the Salesforce practice, focusing on delivering exceptional client outcomes while managing project profitability and resource utilization. Prior to this position, Rebecca held several roles at Shift7, a Merkle Company, from December 2017 to January 2025, including Vice President, Delivery Lead, Director of Project Management, and Manager of Commerce Functional Lead. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Accenture Digital from June 2013 to December 2017, specializing as a Software Business Analyst in Transaction Management. Rebecca holds a degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has additional education from UCL.
