Rhea H. is an accomplished Creative Director currently leading at Merkley + Partners since July 2024, with a diverse background in creative leadership roles across several prestigious agencies. Prior experience includes serving as SVP, Creative Director at FCB Health New York, where Rhea specialized in women's health and rare diseases, and various creative director roles at McCann Health New York, Droga5, Badger & Winters, Periscope, BBDO Worldwide, and Havas. Rhea's career began with formative experiences at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and mcgarrybowen, along with early training at Publicis and other notable organizations. Rhea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts and has pursued further education in art direction and a Master of Science degree.
