From April 2016 to April 2018, Rachel worked at Gartner, where the role involved developing crucial client relationships, particularly within the US Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to Gartner, Rachel was with IBM from 1999 to 2016, serving in various roles including Business Unit Executive for Homeland Security, where sales and strategy for the Department of Homeland Security's solutions were led. Rachel began their career as a Research Assistant at ICF International and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics and History from Duke University.
