Nicky Biggs

Nicky Biggs has extensive experience in professional assistance and customer service, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Nicky serves as a Personal Assistant to Senior Directors and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Merlin Entertainments since September 2011, providing high-level support within the dynamic environment of a global entertainment leader. Prior to this role, Nicky worked at Palmair European, managing reservations and training, and gained significant expertise in tour operations and customer service. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Travel Consultant at Concord Travel, specializing in diverse travel needs and arrangements.
