Steph Ricketts is an experienced entertainments project manager currently working at Merlin Entertainments since February 2019. With a strong background in creative development and project management, Steph oversees stakeholder relations, finance, and program management for theme park events. Previous roles include leading creative efforts for Madame Tussauds globally, managing operations for entertainment productions, and founding R Space Productions to support innovative projects. With a degree in Performing Arts from Bath Spa University, Steph has also held various leadership positions and has significant expertise in delivering engaging guest experiences across multiple attractions.
