Zack Wragg

Zack Wragg is an experienced professional in digital commerce and eCommerce, currently serving as the Transformation Workstream Owner - Digital Commerce and Global Head of Optimisation and Delivery at Merlin Entertainments since September 2021. In addition, Zack holds a position as a Business Mentor at Northern Max Business Accelerator since January 2022. Previous roles include Global Head of Data at Affordable Art Fair, Digital Marketing & eCommerce Consultant at &Zack Consulting, and APAC Head of eCommerce at Crabtree & Evelyn. Zack's career also features leadership roles in digital management at Elite Havens Luxury Villa Rentals and Management, Hilton, and Friday Media Group. Zack holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Business Management from Newcastle University, as well as a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing. A notable career break from July 2016 to October 2017 involved extensive travel and adventure activities across Eastern Europe, Patagonia, and Central America.
