Shawn Bonneau

Shawn Bonneau has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Shawn worked as a Graduate Teaching Specialist at Cornell University from August 2010 to May 2011. After that, they joined The MathWorks as an Application Support Engineer from May 2011 to February 2012, and then as a Technical Consultant from February 2012 to May 2017. In these roles, they assisted customers in using MathWorks tools for analysis, modeling, and design, with a focus on aerospace, defense, and model-based design projects. Shawn also helped customers comply with certification standards.

In 2017, Shawn joined Draper as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, where they worked until 2023.

Currently, they are working at Merlin as a Senior Avionics Software Engineer since April 2023.

Shawn Bonneau completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University for the academic year 2010 to 2011.
