Emily Cabadas

Emily Cabadas is a dedicated law professional currently serving as a Law Clerk at Merlin Law Group, P.A. since May 2023. Previously, Emily gained valuable experience as a 711 Licensed Law Clerk in the Complex Homicide & Gang Crimes Unit at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office from January to May 2023. Additional experience includes a Law Student Assistant position at the Michigan Department of Attorney General and various roles such as Legal Assistant, Legal Intern, Campus Ambassador, and Intern in Post Closing Operations at United Wholesale Mortgage between May 2019 and July 2021. Emily holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, earned in 2021.
