Danielle Stariha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fleet management, risk management, and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Director of Mobile Micro-Grid Deployment at Merlin Solar Technologies, Danielle previously held the role of Senior Program Manager for Medium Duty Vehicle Fleet Strategy at Amazon. Danielle’s prior tenure at Schwan's Home Delivery included various leadership positions focused on fleet safety and procurement, as well as business process improvement projects. With a solid foundation in internal auditing established at companies such as Gander Mountain and Land O'Lakes, Danielle has a proven track record in implementing effective compliance frameworks and optimizing operational processes. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
