Ian van Reepinghen

Ian Van Reepinghen serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Merlin Solar Technologies since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership across various industries. Previously, Ian held the Director of Finance position at Lundberg Family Farms, overseeing a six-person FP&A team and managing key financial strategies for a $100M+ organic packaged food company. Ian's prior roles include Head of Finance at Thrilling, Senior Manager of FP&A at Rodan + Fields, and various finance and planning positions at prominent companies such as Tory Burch, MasterCard, and Peet's Coffee & Tea. Ian holds an MBA in Finance and a Master's in International/Global Studies from The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Stanford University.
