Marco Garlando has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and management. Marco is currently employed as the CIO - Direttore Sistemi Informativi at Merlo Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CNH Industrial, where they held various roles including ICT Director and Supply Chain Business Partner from February 2018 to June 2021, and ICT Director and FTP Industrial e Specialty Vehicle Business Partner from 2015 to 2018. Before joining CNH Industrial, Marco served as the CIO and VP Chief Information Officer at FPT Industrial from 2011 to 2015. Marco also worked as an ICT Manager at Fiat Powertrain Technologies S.p.A. from 2007 to 2011 and held several positions at Espin SpA, including Senior Account Manager and Principal, Senior Project Manager, and Competence Center Manager from 2001 to 2007.

From 1980 to 1984, Marco Garlando attended ITIS "E. Agnelli" and obtained a Certificate in Industrial Electronics Technician.
