Jamas Gwilliam

Jamas Gwilliam has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jamas started their career as a Brokers Assistant at Marcus & Millichap in 2005. Jamas then moved on to Chelsea Investment Corporation, where they worked in Acquisitions & Development, focusing on affordable housing development projects. In 2008, they joined Cisterra Partners as an Associate, specializing in acquiring, developing, and repositioning commercial real estate assets. Jamas then worked at Kilroy Realty Corporation from 2011 to 2017, starting as an Associate and progressing to roles as Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Their responsibilities at Kilroy Realty Corporation included real estate investment and property management activities. Currently, Jamas Gwilliam holds the positions of Vice President Development and Partner, as well as Managing Director, at Merlone Geier Partners & Merlone Geier Management, a private real estate investment company focused on retail and retail-driven mixed-use properties on the West Coast.

Jamas Gwilliam completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a focus on Real Estate, from Brigham Young University in 2005. Jamas then pursued their Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jamas obtained a certification in Argus from Altus Group in June 2006.
