Earlier roles include Analyst positions at both DiNapoli Capital Partners and CBRE, where Scott was involved in financial modeling, asset valuations, and market forecasting. Scott began a professional career in audit at Deloitte, focusing on investment valuation and financial analysis. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
