Alka Dhir

Alka Dhir has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People Operations at Merlyn Mind, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior People Operations Manager at the same company from June 2021 to May 2022. In 2019, they joined Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) as the People and Culture Manager, where they played a crucial role in upholding the company's culture and values until September 2020. From 2015 to 2018, Alka served as the Human Resources Manager at Nahar International School - India, responsible for managing the public relations department and improving the company's public image. Before that, they worked as the HR Manager at Maido Enterprises Pvt. Ltd from December 2009 to October 2013. Alka began their career at TOZAI ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED in 2007 as an HR Executive, where they established the company's first HR department and ensured compliance with governmental regulations. Alka also has prior experience as an IT Helpdesk at Tracmail India Pvt Ltd from March 2006 to April 2007.

Alka Dhir obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Mumbai.
