Jesse Ashman has extensive experience in various roles focused on community engagement and support within the LGBTQ+ sector. Notably, Jesse serves as Helpline Manager and Head of Safeguarding at Mermaids, having previously worked with Gendered Intelligence as a Trans Youth Worker and Adult Support Line Worker. Additional roles include Cycle Taxi Pilot at Bikeworks CIC and Director of Community Engagement, Partnerships Manager, and Recovery Worker at The Outside Project LGBTIQ+ Community Centre and Shelter.
