Robert Hamdy possesses a diverse background with extensive experience in the fields of chemistry and environmental services. Currently retired, Robert Hamdy previously served as a staff chemist at Mermet Corp. and held the role of senior scientist at Mannington Mills, where responsibilities included formulating plastisol layers and implementing new raw materials for improved cost and technology solutions. Prior experience encompasses roles as an R&D chemist at PolyOne, where multiple ink and plastisol products were developed, and as an engineering technician and inorganic laboratory technician at Law Engineering and Environmental Services. Early career experience includes customer service at Hewlett-Packard and procurement at Sporting Dog Specialties. Robert Hamdy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Earth Science from SUNY Brockport.
