Kyra Horton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. As the Programs Director at Merp since May 2020, Kyra has achieved a notable 90% project completion rate and facilitated seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams. Previously, as the Head of Equity Partnership and Community Outreach, Kyra developed strategies to promote equity and diversity while managing community engagement initiatives. At BIPOC Financial Freedom, Kyra led a diverse team in designing financial education programs tailored to underserved communities. With a strong background in documentation, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, Kyra has consistently demonstrated expertise in fostering collaborative environments and enhancing community relationships. An alumnus of Boston College with a degree in Psychology, Kyra's commitment to equity and inclusion is evident throughout a dynamic career.
