Randi Berger (Bushell)

Randi Berger (Bushell) has a diverse work experience in roles ranging from founder and CEO to account management intern. Randi is currently a Fellow at On Deck since April 2021. Prior to that, Randi worked at Merri as the Founder and CEO. Randi also held positions at Walmart eCommerce as an Associate Director of Retail Product Strategy & Planning, at Jet.com as an Associate Director of Category Experience and Senior Manager of Health & Beauty, at Macy's as a Digital Merchant, Associate Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and Merchandise Assistant, at Arnold Worldwide as an Account Management Intern, and at Liz Claiborne, Inc as a Merchandising Intern. Randi has showcased their skills in sales analysis, event planning, merchandising, and database management throughout their various roles.

Randi Berger (Bushell) obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Randi attended the university from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they were enrolled at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, which is located at the University of Maryland at College Park. Randi'sfield of study remained focused on Marketing throughout their undergraduate education.
