Tess Tipton

Tess Tipton has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong focus on quality assurance and management roles. Tess is currently working at Merrick & Company as a Nuclear Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager for Nuclear Services & Technology. Prior to joining Merrick & Company, Tess worked at Christensen Building Group, LLC as a DCRM Manager. Tess also served as a Safety, Health and Quality Manager at MS Technology, Inc. and as a Document Control and Records Manager at Wastren Advantage, Inc. Throughout their career, Tess has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in various industries.

Tess Tipton began their education in 1989 at Edmondson Junior College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Paralegal Professional. Tess continued their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1993 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2010, Tess pursued a postgraduate degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2011.
