Jack Whall is an experienced Field Service Engineer specializing in CNC machinery with a demonstrated history of servicing various machine tool brands. Currently employed at Merrifield Machinery Solutions since August 2022, Jack provides maintenance and troubleshooting for brands such as Awea, Goodway, Promac, Eurotech, Hurco, and Takumi while working with multiple HMI interfaces including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Heidenheim. Prior to this role, Jack worked at Dynamic Machine of Detroit from August 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included servicing brands such as Doosan, Miyano, and Citizen, as well as integrating additional options like MP Systems and MistFit to machine tools.
