Dave A.

Dave A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dave began their career in 2005 as an intern at Pensacola Baptist Temple, where they gained experience in various aspects of church operations and even had opportunities to preach the gospel. In 2007, Dave worked as a Front Counter Clerk/Computer Technician at New Vision Computers, where they managed sales and assisted with computer repairs. Dave then joined CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, as a Tech Support Rep I, providing professional technical support for accounting software.

Moving forward, Dave worked at Pall Corporation as a Material Handler, performing physical inventory, packaging materials, and handling supply movements. Dave then joined Pensacola Baptist Temple again in 2009, this time as the Youth Director and later as the Music Director, showcasing their talents and skills in different areas of ministry.

In 2013, Dave transitioned to the telecommunications industry and joined Mediacom Communications as an Internet Technical Support Representative. Dave progressed through various levels of support roles and gained expertise in resolving customer issues.

In 2019, Dave expanded their skillset by working as an ESL Teacher at VIPKid, an online education platform. Then, they joined Data Recognition Corporation as a Technical Support Agent before joining Datasite as a Product Support Specialist in 2019. At Datasite, Dave has held both Intermediate and Senior positions, providing support for their products.

Dave A. has a diverse education history. In 2001-2006, they attended Pensacola Christian College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry. Dave then went on to pursue further education at Veritas Baptist College from 2018 to 2020, where they completed a Master of Ministry degree in Biblical Counseling. Dave also earned a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Counseling from Veritas Baptist College in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Dave has obtained various certifications. In 2016, they received the Master Technical Services Rep certification from NCTI, Inc. Dave also earned the Master High-Speed Data Rep certification from NCTI, Inc. in 2016. Dave obtained the Master Account Representative certification from Jones/NCTI in 2015 and the Account Representative certification from Jones/NCTI in 2014.

Outside of the educational and technical field, Dave has other certifications as well. Dave obtained the TESOL-VIPKid Advanced certification from VIPKid in July 2019, and the TESOL-VIPKid Foundational certification from VIPKid in June 2019. Additionally, Dave obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in November 2017, and the Countertop/3D/Flooring Installer certification from Granicrete International, Inc. in September 2008.
