Julia Tseng-Stamm has a diverse work experience in various industries. Julia started their career as a Barista at Starbucks, where they learned how to provide high-quality coffee and ensure a pleasant customer experience. Julia then worked as an English Customer Service Specialist at Chicheng Networks, where they managed online platforms, coordinated carrier services, and communicated with international clients.

Julia later joined TutorABC as a Native-English Speaker Trainer, Teacher, and Recruiter, where they honed their teaching skills and recruited new talent. Julia also worked at Prada Group as a Sales Assistant, showcasing their multilingual skills and providing exceptional customer service, resulting in significant sales.

In 2020, Julia became an English Teacher at the International Bilingual Montessori School (IBMS) e.V., where they imparted their language expertise to students. Julia currently serves as a Product Support Specialist Associate at Datasite, leveraging their skills to assist with product support.

In 2007, they attended a Summer Intensive Program at Fettes College, focusing on English Language and Literature. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in North American Studies at The Philipp University of Marburg from 2017 to 2019.
