Kristi Scott has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Kristi started their career at Zignego Agency, Inc. in 2001 as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, where they provided exceptional customer service to insurance clients. Kristi worked in this role until 2006.

In 2006, they joined Merrill Corporation as a DataSite Project Manager. In this role, they managed virtual data room projects from initiation to close, ensuring adherence to project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget. Kristi worked in this role until 2008.

From 2008 to 2013, Kristi worked as a DataSite Training Specialist at Merrill Corporation. Kristi facilitated organizational and role-based training for new and existing employees and conducted needs analyses for identifying skill gaps and training solutions.

In 2013, they were promoted to DataSite Training Supervisor, where they focused on continuous improvement of training content and delivery. Kristi also conducted learner performance evaluations and supervised instructors.

In 2016, Kristi transitioned to the role of Learning and Development Manager at Merrill Corporation. Kristi oversaw training program initiatives, directed the transition of instructor-led trainings to eLearning, and collaborated with department heads to define employee requirements and business needs.

In 2018, they were promoted again to the position of Director of Client and Service Enablement, where they implemented strategic plans and drove the attainment of company goals by designing innovative learning solutions. Kristi managed a team and the department budget.

Currently, Kristi serves as the Vice President of Client and Service Enablement at Datasite. In their role, which they started in November 2021, they lead a global team of change practitioners, learning group, online knowledge team, and offsite vendor management in designing and delivering learner-focused training and documentation. Kristi also manages the department budget and has led several large initiatives.

Kristi Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Kristi also has a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Change Practitioner from Prosci in April 2017 and as an ATD Member from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in September 2021.
