Krittika Chopra

Krittika Chopra has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and talent acquisition. Krittika began their career in 2010 with short-term contracts as an HR/recruitment coordinator. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an HR administrator at Aristocrat Technologies, a leading global provider of gaming solutions. Krittika then joined Macquarie University Hospital as an HR coordinator, where they managed employee life cycles and provided support for HR initiatives. In 2012, they transitioned to GrainCorp Oils as an HR coordinator, where they played a key role in the acquisition by GrainCorp. Krittika then moved on to Trend Micro, a global leader in security software, where they worked as a talent acquisition partner and later as an HR business partner. Currently, they are a senior HR business partner at Datasite, a company specializing in secure software solutions for financial transactions. At Datasite, Krittika takes ownership of various people processes and projects across the company. Krittika is known for their proactive and results-driven approach to HR.

Krittika Chopra attended Macquarie University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
