Ksenia Arie

Ksenia Arie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the technology industry. They began their career as an Application Support Developer at RedBrick Health in 2010 and progressed to roles such as Solutions Analyst, Solutions Engineer, and Software Engineer before becoming a Product Manager.

At RedBrick Health, Ksenia was responsible for leading the development of new and existing product capabilities. They conducted in-depth research to identify customer needs, designed prototypes and conducted rapid iterations to achieve product-market fit.

After their time at RedBrick Health, Ksenia joined brightpeak financial as a Product Owner. In this role, they conducted market and competitor analysis, researched user and stakeholder perspectives, and defined product roadmaps. They also prioritized product backlogs and worked closely with development teams to ensure efficient delivery.

Following their time at brightpeak financial, Ksenia joined Calabrio, Inc. as a Product Owner and eventually moved on to become a Product Manager. in these roles, they oversaw product development and management processes, ensuring alignment with product strategies and maximizing value.

Most recently, Ksenia Arie joined Datasite as a Senior Product Manager.

Ksenia Arie attended the Minneapolis College from 2007 to 2010 and obtained an A.A.S. degree in Computer Software Development. In 2018, they enrolled at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and completed a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies. Ksenia also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they received a PMC Level III certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in February 2018, a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in March 2016, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2020. Additionally, they have certifications as a JAVA Developer and Visual C# Developer from Minneapolis Community and Technical College, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
