Lance Lavandowska

Lance Lavandowska has an extensive work history spanning over 25 years. Lance currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer II at Datasite, where they began in November 2021. Prior to this, Lance served as a Principal Software Developer at Bind On-Demand Health Insurance from September 2020 to October 2021, leading a team and implementing security improvements.

Before joining Bind On-Demand, Lance worked at Augeo Affinity Marketing for almost a decade, taking on the role of Senior Developer / Architect.
