Patricia Elias

Patty Elias is General Counsel at Datasite, a position she has held since February 2020.

Patty is a member of the company's Executive Committee. In her role as General Counsel she is responsible for overseeing Datasite's worldwide legal affairs including business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters. Patty has over twenty years of experience in the technology and software sector.

Prior to joining Datasite, she worked as General Counsel for International Decision Systems, a provider of software and services to the global asset finance industry. Before that, Patty was Associate General Counsel for Infor Inc, a global software provider. She has also served as General Counsel at SoftBrands, Inc. and Abaton.com and held senior legal roles at Lawson Software and Health Systems Integration, Inc.

Patty holds a JD degree from the William Mitchell College of Law, and a BA from the University of Minnesota.
