Vanessa Eng

Vanessa Eng is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel - Secretary and Securities Governance at SiriusXM since October 2025, Vanessa has previously held the position of Senior Counsel - Corporate and Securities at Interpublic Group from February 2020 to September 2025. Prior to that, Vanessa was Corporate Counsel at Apollo Global Management Inc. from October 2013 to January 2020 and worked as a Corporate Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, PC from August 2010 to October 2013. Vanessa Eng earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University in 2006.
