Monica Kirby

Monica Kirby has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Director of Community Accounting at Merrill Gardens since January 2020, after progressing through roles such as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, and Senior Accountant. Prior to Merrill Gardens, Monica worked as a Staff Accountant at Regency Pacific Management LLC from February 2017 to January 2020. Additional experience includes positions at Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen as a Marketing Intern, research at Ben Kinney Team at Keller Williams, accounts payable responsibilities at Apex Property Management, and bookkeeping at EJM Bookkeeping. Monica began a career in administration as an Office Assistant at HB Hansen Construction. A graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Monica also attended Imperial College Business School and completed studies at Seattle Preparatory.
