Caitlin Regan

Caitlin Regan is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in student affairs and community standards. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Dean of Students and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Merrimack College since March 2017, Caitlin has held multiple roles including Associate Dean and Assistant Dean, where responsibilities encompass adjudicating non-academic behavioral issues, overseeing Title IX investigations, and managing the Office of Community Standards. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Quinnipiac University and Student Conduct Educator at Oklahoma State University, where Caitlin developed educational programs and supported high-risk students. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in College Student Development from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from Roger Williams University.
