Dr. Jill Guindon-Nasir

Dr. Jill Guindon-Nasir currently serves as a Chief Member at Chief since February 2023, a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. As an Assistant Professor of Practice at Merrimack College since August 2020, Dr. Guindon-Nasir focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion and holds several leadership positions, including Founding Faculty Co-Chair of the Women in Business Club and Presidential Civic and Community Engagement Advisory Council Member. Dr. Guindon-Nasir has a diverse academic background with experience as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Virginia and an associate professor at Northern Virginia Community College, along with a significant career in leadership development at The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Dr. Guindon-Nasir's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Marymount University.
