Jessica Bungerz

Jessica Bungerz serves as the Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Engagement at Merrimack College since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Roessel Joy, including Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Associate, HR & Internal Recruiting Associate, and Recruiting Associate from June 2021 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at The Wicks Insurance Group, Inc. (August 2020 - December 2020) and as an Administrative Assistant at Rosenberg & Weinberg (August 2019 - August 2020). Jessica also completed an Operations Management Internship at Marathon Petroleum Corporation in May-August 2019 and worked as a Peer Mentor at Merrimack College from August 2018 to May 2019. Jessica Bungerz holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Merrimack College (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the same institution (2015-2019).
