Kristin A. McCauley

Kristin McCauley brings extensive experience in development, marketing, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Development & Engagement at Merrimack Repertory Theatre since October 2022, Kristin has previously held significant roles including Development Manager & Grant Writer at Acre Family Child Care and Resource Development & Marketing Director at Lawrence CommunityWorks, Inc. Early career experience includes positions such as Senior Account Manager at The NPD Group and Development & Marketing Director at Childrens Museum Lowell. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Providence College, earned from 1987 to 1991.
