Whitney Tave

Whitney Tave is an experienced educator and community health professional currently serving as a Consultant and Community Educator for the Merrimack School District, focusing on yoga and mindfulness for students, caregivers, and school staff since January 2021. Prior to this role, Whitney held various positions at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire from 2008 to January 2020, including Community Health Educator and Community Health Instructor. In June 2014, Whitney directed the Young Women's Leadership Summer Program at Girls Inc. and previously taught Spanish and Public Speaking while also serving as an Athletics Coach at Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High School from 2003 to 2006. Whitney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work from St. Anselm College and is a certified Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor through the ChildLight Education Company.
