Amanda Berkes

Amanda Berkes is an experienced interior design professional currently serving as an Associate and Interior Design Project Manager at Merriman Anderson/Architects, Inc. since June 2017. Responsibilities include early concept work, construction administration, client presentations, and FF&E design and installation, with project experience spanning hospitality, multi-family, office, and higher education sectors. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as an Interior Designer at Thiel and Thiel, Inc. focusing on multifamily renovation and new-build projects, and as an Interior Design Space Administrator at Northern Illinois University, selecting and overseeing the installation of interior elements for campus projects. Amanda began their career as an Interior Design Assistant intern at Michael Richman Interiors. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Iowa State University, completed in 2013.
