Jason Nip has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Jason worked as the Director of Product Development and Design at Merrithew™, where they evaluated and recommended changes to the internal Product Development process. Jason also oversaw the development of new retail products in collaboration with other teams.

Prior to that, Jason worked as an Instructor at Toronto Niten Kai, teaching Niten Ichi Ryu. Jason trained in various martial arts disciplines and traveled to Japan to further their training.
