Chris Walker

Chris Walker, P.E. serves as the Director of Business Development and Engineering at Merritt Precision Technologies since June 2025, where the company has provided industry-leading solutions in large-format CNC machining and advanced composites since 2004. Prior to this role, Chris held several key positions at Everglades Boats from September 2018 to June 2025, including Director of Product Design & Naval Architecture, and had a tenure at Sea Ray Boats from January 2012 to August 2018 as Engineering Manager, Large Boat Category Director, and Program Manager. Earlier experience includes a role at Hatteras Yachts from 2000 to 2012 as Manager of Structural & Composite Engineering and Materials & Process Engineer. Chris Walker earned a BS in Ocean Engineering with Honors from the Florida Institute of Technology.
