Scott Longendyke, MRE, PMP, CCM, is an experienced professional in the field of construction and real estate, currently serving in a leasing role at Merritt Properties, LLC since September 2019. Previously, Scott worked as a Project Manager at Merritt Construction Services from October 2014 to September 2019, and as a Senior Project Manager at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust from September 2011 to October 2014, managing tenant interior and capital improvement projects throughout DC, MD, and VA.
