Adam Bryant

Adam Bryant started their career as a Business Reporter for The New York Times in 1990 and worked in that role until 2000. Adam then joined Newsweek as a Business Editor and Senior Writer from December 2000 to November 2006. Following that, they returned to The New York Times and held various positions, including Deputy Business Editor, Deputy National Editor, Senior Editor for Features, Deputy Science Editor for Climate Change coverage, and "Corner Office" columnist, which they started in March 2009 and continued until October 2017.

In 2019, Adam Bryant took on the role of Senior Advisor to the Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership at Columbia University in the City of New York. Adam also became an Author, writing books like "THE CEO TEST: Master the Challenges that Make or Break All Leaders" and "THE LEAP TO LEADER: How Ambitious Managers Make the Jump to Leadership".

In 2021, they became the Articles Editor for People+Strategy Journal at SHRM, and in 2022, they became an Advising Member at World 50. Additionally, starting in 2017, they have been a Senior Managing Director and Partner at The ExCo Group, where they focus on executive development and mentoring.

Adam Bryant earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from York University. Adam later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Journalism at Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism.
