Coretha Rushing

Coretha Rushing, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and consulting. Coretha currently serves as the Managing Director and Executive Coach at The ExCo Group since January 2020 and is an External Board Advisor at Spencer Stuart since January 2021. In 2019, they founded CR Consulting Alliance LLC where they are the President. Coretha has also served as a Board Member for 2U since April 2016. Coretha holds board positions at Benefitfocus since March 2021 and Evident ID since March 2020. Previously, they were the President of CR Consulting LLC from June 2019 to January 2020. Coretha held senior leadership roles at Equifax as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer from May 2006 to January 2020, and at The Coca-Cola Company as the SVP of Global Human Resources from June 1996 to December 2005. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources Midwest Division at Pizza Hut from October 1994 to June 1996.

Coretha Rushing, SPHR obtained a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from East Carolina University, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. Coretha then went on to pursue an MS. Ed in Human Resource and Counseling from The George Washington University, completing their degree from 1979 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, they hold the certification of SHRM-SCP.
