Rajesh Padmanabhan

Rajesh Padmanabhan has over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director (India) at The ExCo Group, where they focus on developing and mentoring the client top team. Prior to this, Rajesh was the Chief Executive Officer at Talavvy Business Catalysts, where they provided strategic guidance and leadership. Rajesh also served as the Chairman of the Board at HONO, advising the company during a crucial phase of its journey. Rajesh has also held positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at Cornerstone International Group - India and as Director Corporate Centre & Group CHRO at Welspun Group. Rajesh has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Group President - Corporate Centre, Group CHRO at Vedanta Resources Limited and Chief Human Resources Officer at Capgemini. Rajesh's expertise also includes their role as the Executive Vice President - Group HR & Head - OCLD at The Oberoi Group, where they led the human resources function across various businesses. Additionally, they have experience in CSR and corporate planning. Rajesh is also the Chairman of the Board at the Institute of Management & Information Science in Bhubaneswar, starting in 2023.

Rajesh Padmanabhan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Rajesh also holds another MBA degree in Finance from the same institute. In addition, Rajesh is currently pursuing an Executive Fellow degree in Business Management & Human Resources from Woxsen University, starting from 2020 and expected to graduate in 2022.
