Tintin Hsieh

Tintin Hsieh has a varied work experience in different industries. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Intern (Student Director) at Exxon Mobil Taiwan General Agency. In 2018, they had an internship as a Sales Intern at Fine26 and as a Human Resources Intern at E.Sun Commercial Bank, Ltd. (China Subsidiary). In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at the National Taipei University.

In 2021, Tintin joined Retensa Employee Retention as a Talent Management Associate, and later became a Senior Talent Management Associate. Tintin also interned as a Global Human Resource Intern at Wildlife Conservation Society during the same year. In the same year, they became the Co-President of Washington Square Management Consulting, where they rebuilt the organization and expanded the team by 500%.

In 2022, Tintin joined The ExCo Group as a Leadership Development Consultant - Senior Associate.

Tintin Hsieh completed a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature at National Chiao Tung University from 2015 to 2019. From 2017 to 2019, Tintin also earned a Program Certificate in Psychology from the same university. Tintin then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at New York University, which was completed from 2020 to 2022.
