Dave Kelley is the Founder and Principal of Zefyr Solutions, focusing on optimizing partnerships within footwear and apparel supply chains since June 2019. Kelley's experience includes serving on the advisory boards of Merry People and The Provenance Chain Network, while also instructing the Sustainable Supply Chain course at the University of Oregon's Sports Product Management Program. Prior to these roles, Kelley held various leadership positions at Nike from 1995 to 2018, culminating as Manufacturing Revolution Operations Director, where significant contributions were made to operational excellence and lean transformations. Earlier experience includes COO and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Kirkman Group and a strong educational background with master's and bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and Lewis & Clark College, respectively.
